Sun City unveils Party Power 2 grand prize

Sun City has unveiled the grand prize in its 40^th birthday promotion, Party Power 2. At the final draw on 7 December 2019, coinciding with its official birthday, Sun City will give away a 2019 White Ford Mustang 5.0 V8 A/T Coupe valued at over R900 000. The luxurious car, which has been kept secret since the launch of Party Power in July, was revealed to invited guests and members of the media at The Crater at Sun City over the weekend.

The big reveal included a showcase of vintage Ford Mustangs, including a 1964 Mustang, 1969 and 1973 Mach 1 Mustangs and a 2009 California Special. Representatives from Ford regaled interesting facts about the iconic Mustangs.

In the countdown to its official 40^th birthday celebration in December 2019, Sun City will have given away over R6.5-million worth of cash, cars and prizes in its Party Power and Party Power 2 promotions. There are weekly chances to win a share of R75 000 in cash every Saturday. Two of the five Fords up for grabs in Party Power have already been won. At the next car draw on 26 October, one lucky guest will win a Ford Eco Sport while another guest will get to drive away in a rugged Ford Ranger on 30 November.

Party Power 2 is exclusive to Sun MVG members. All members of Sun International’s Sun MVG Programme can be part of the promotion by playing their favourite slots and table games to earn points for draw tickets. Points earning criteria differ per membership tier.  To be in the running for the Ford Mustang in the final draw, guests must earn 500 casino points between 1 October and 12h00 on 7 December to qualify for one entry. Thereafter, guests will earn an additional entry for every 200 casino points earned.
