Known as a ‘throwing sport’, ten pin bowling is making a comeback as a popular and affordable family activity. We all know that bowling alleys are notorious for being outdated and old-school – but not at GrandWest! With its electronic signage, vibey atmosphere and music-enabled lanes, Magic Bowling invites players to test their skill at GrandWest’s state-of-the-art indoor bowling alley.
How to Score
So, how does the scoring work? It’s easier than you think! Players keep score by adding the number of pins knocked down in each frame while special bonuses are awarded for strikes and spares (leftover pins). When a strike is bowled, the bowler is awarded a score of 10 (for knocking down all 10 pins), plus he/she gets to add the total of the next two rolls to that frame.
Do You Need to Make a Booking?
Please note we are not able to accept any bookings at the moment, patience is requested during high-peak periods, as players may have to wait to secure a bowling lane. Strike one, strike two… Magic Bowling is waiting for you.
