- All guests are welcome. White/day cards are issued from the dispensers on the gaming floor or from Cash Desk.
- All guests must complete the health questionnaire before every visit.

- Carnival City Hotel is open for MVG and non-MVG bookings

For your safety, and that of our staff, the following entry requirements have been implemented. Individuals that do not comply will be prohibited. Points of entry have been limited to control access.
- Wear a cloth or disposable mask at all times.
- Undergo a temperature check and complete a medical screening questionnaire upon entrance
- You must accept Sun International's COVID-19 Entry to Premises Terms and Conditions.
- Sanitise your hands at entrances, check-in counters and before entering our vehicles.
- Keep a distance of 1.5 meters from others at all times.
